Online Christian Counselling in Australia

Access professional counselling and psychology support from home, with Christian-integrated care available if you want it. Life to the Full offers secure telehealth sessions for people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationships, life transitions and spiritual concerns.

Professional Support, Wherever You Are

Online counselling makes it possible to receive thoughtful, professional support without needing to attend in person.

Whether you live outside Sydney, are based in regional Australia, have a busy schedule, or simply prefer the privacy of speaking from home, Life to the Full can support you through secure telehealth counselling and psychology sessions.

If Christian faith is important to you, you can choose to explore your concerns through a Christian faith lens. If you do not identify as Christian, you are still warmly welcome, and your spiritual boundaries will always be respected.

Online Counselling That Meets You Where You Are

Through secure telehealth sessions, you can meet with a qualified practitioner from a private space where you feel comfortable. For many people, this makes counselling feel more accessible, less intimidating and easier to continue consistently.

Online counselling may support people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, relationship strain, family concerns, workplace challenges, spiritual questions or major life transitions.

Secure, Private and Personal

Your privacy and confidentiality matter.

Life to the Full uses a secure, industry-specific client management system with an embedded Zoom subscription. After booking, you will receive a private appointment link by email. This link is unique to your session and allows you to join securely at the scheduled time.

Online sessions are usually conducted by video. If your internet connection is poor, or if being on camera does not feel comfortable or practical, your practitioner may be able to continue the session by audio-only phone call where appropriate.

Clinical Care With Christian Integration, If Desired

Life to the Full provides professional counselling, psychology, coaching and spiritual care shaped by a holistic view of the person.

For clients who want Christian integration, sessions can thoughtfully consider your emotional, mental, relational and spiritual life together. This may include biblical reflection, prayerful sensitivity, spiritual formation or theological awareness, depending on your preferences and the kind of support you are seeking.

Christian integration is never forced. During your intake process, you can choose whether you would like to explore your mental health concerns through a Christian faith lens.

If you do not want faith explicitly included, your practitioner will respect that.

How to Book Your Online Counselling Appointment

Step 1: Complete Your Intake and Choose Your Preference

Before your first appointment, you will complete Life to the Full’s intake form. This helps the team understand your details, your needs, and how best to support you.

During intake, you will also be asked whether you would like to explore your concerns through a Christian faith lens. You can answer yes or no.

Step 2: Book Online or Speak With the Practice Manager

You can book your appointment through the Life to the Full online booking portal, or by calling the practice manager directly.

The booking portal allows you to select your practitioner and view available appointment times.

Step 3: Select Telehealth and Join Securely

When choosing an appointment time, select the telehealth consultation option if you would like to attend online.

Once booked, you will receive an appointment reminder by email with your secure private Zoom link. At your appointment time, simply click the link from a quiet and private space to begin your session.

Telehealth Psychology, Medicare Rebates and GP Follow-Up

If you are seeing a Life to the Full psychologist and have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, eligible telehealth psychology sessions may attract Medicare rebates in the same way as eligible in-person psychology sessions.

Where a Mental Health Treatment Plan is involved, your psychologist may also provide an update to your referring GP after a set number of sessions. This helps your GP understand your therapeutic progress and whether further sessions may be recommended.

If you are unsure whether you are eligible for Medicare rebates, please speak with your GP or contact the Life to the Full team before booking.
