FAQs
-
EAP is a wellbeing service contracted by your school to provide confidential psychological support. It includes a pre-agreed number of sessions (usually at least three) with registered psychologists or counselors to help with workplace stress, personal challenges, family issues, or spiritual guidance.
-
You can book sessions either in person at Life to the Full’s office or via telehealth, making support accessible no matter where you are in Australia.
-
Supporting teacher wellbeing through EAP helps reduce absenteeism, improve staff morale, and increase productivity. Research suggests that for every dollar spent, schools can save around $2.20 in costs related to leave and lost productivity.
-
Life to the Full upholds a strict code of ethics to protect staff privacy. Although the school funds the sessions, nothing discussed in counseling is shared with school management unless there is a serious legal concern, such as risk of self-harm.
