Supporting Your School with Holistic Mental & Emotional Health Through EAP

Helping schools and other organisations thrive personally and professionally with confidential, faith-based mental health support.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provide your staff access to our professional mental and emotional health services.

  • We generally recommend a minimum of 3 professional sessions per year, per staff member who wish to take up the offer

  • Additional government subsidised sessions may be available with our team, of psychologists

  • Support for workplace stress, family issues, life direction, and spiritual concerns

Opt-In, Faith-Centered Approach

We are able to offer our clinical services to all members of your team, regardless of their faith affiliation. At a client’s request, all our staff are able to integrate a Christian worldview into their evidence based practice. In this way, we are ably equipped to serve a wide range of schools and other organisations.

Confidentiality Assured

Our team are bound by a strict code of confidentiality, meaning our clients are able to share openly and safely. Nothing within our sessions will be shared with colleagues, unless in extreme circumstances where it is legally required to do so (e.g mandatory reporting situations).

FAQs

  • EAP is a wellbeing service contracted by your school or orgainsation to provide confidential psychological support. It includes a pre-agreed number of sessions (usually at least three) with registered psychologists or counsellors to help with workplace stress, personal challenges, family issues, or spiritual guidance.

  • You can book sessions either in person at Life to the Full’s office or via telehealth, making support accessible no matter where you are in Australia. Once a school has agreed to use Life To The Full as an EAP provider, you simply book in via the ‘Book Now’ button at the top of this page and select your school’s name via our booking portal.

  • Supporting teacher wellbeing through EAP helps reduce absenteeism, improve staff morale, and increase productivity. Research shows that effective mental health support not only benefits your staff, but improves productivity while also reducing sick leave expenses.

  • Life to the Full upholds a strict code of ethics to protect staff privacy. Although the school funds the sessions, nothing discussed in counseling is shared with school management unless there is a serious legal concern, such as risk of self-harm or matters of mandatory reporting.

  • While accessing therapy is an individual decision, we believe there is no shame in recognising that having a safe space and professional support to unpack the challenges of life. Sometimes, bravery looks like receiving help, rather than trying to keep everything together in our own strength.
