  • Our session fees for relationship and family counselling generally range from $180 to $220. It is important to know that these services are not subsidized by Medicare in Australia. However, some private health funds may offer rebates, so we recommend checking directly with your provider.

  • Not necessarily. While it's often beneficial for relevant members to attend, especially initially, the structure is flexible. Your counsellor will work with you to determine the most effective approach, which may include sessions with parents alone, with siblings, or one-on-one, depending on your family's specific goals.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on the individual's needs and the complexity of the issues being addressed. Generally, clients may start with weekly sessions, which can be adjusted over time. On average, a therapeutic relationship may last from a few sessions to one or two years, depending on the client's progress and goals.

  • We address a wide range of challenges that families face. This includes, but is not limited to, communication breakdowns, ongoing conflict, parenting disagreements, sibling rivalry, and the complexities of navigating blended family dynamics or major life transitions.
