  • Life to the Full primarily serves adolescents and adults, typically ages 15 and up. Our team has specialized training and expertise in supporting the mental health needs of this demographic.

  • The number of sessions varies depending on the individual's needs and the complexity of the issues being addressed. Generally, clients may start with weekly sessions, which can be adjusted over time. On average, a therapeutic relationship may last from a few sessions to one or two years, depending on the client's progress and goals.

  • We address a wide range of issues, including mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, marriage challenges, addiction, and spiritual questions. Our goal is to provide support for any challenges clients may face, ensuring that we can engage with a variety of topics.
